Welcome to Yellowbellies. These terms apply when you use our website and buy from us. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order, you agree to them.

Yellowbellies is an independent seaside shop based at:

Ordering

• When you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order.
• Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order (for example, if an item has sold out). If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can happen. If we spot a genuine pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Delivery and collection

• We deliver across the UK, usually within 3–5 working days, for a flat £3.95 (free on orders over £40).
• You can also choose Click & Collect and pick your order up free from the shop. We'll email you when it's ready.
• Some items, such as food and drinks, are available for collection only.

Returns

Your right to return items, and how to do it, is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our responsibility

We'll always do our best to get your order right. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights, or our liability for anything that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you ordered.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
