We want you to be happy with your seaside bits. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Changed your mind?
For most items bought online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@yellowbellies.online.
- Return the item within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition where possible.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof that you've sent it).
Items that can't be returned
By law, the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to:
- Perishable goods, including food and drinks
- Items that have been personalised or made to order
This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right — with a refund, replacement or repair. We'll cover return postage for faulty items.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty, you'll need to cover the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We'll refund delivery charges for faulty items or full-order cancellations, but not the cost of returning an item you've simply changed your mind about.
